The Program: In Three Phases
-
The Now
The first phase of the program is understanding not only where you are now but being clear on what motivates you to make changes in your life. This sets you up intentional in the redirects we make in phase II.
-
The Reframe
The second phase of the program is dedicated to establishing the tools that help you rewire the thought patterns that have previously made you feel inadequate and unworthy. Big changes are never linear so we create plans that help you stay on the confidence course.
-
The Rebuild
The final phase of the program is where we get to rebuild and make plans for the things that excite you. Where you may have been holding back in the past is where you get to dream big and go after all the adventures and the big, full life you’ve always wanted.

“Girls of all kinds can be beautiful—from the thin, plus-sized, short, very tall, ebony to porcelain-skinned; the quirky, clumsy, shy, outgoing and all in between. It’s not easy though because many people still put beauty into a confining, narrow box…think outside of the box.”

FAQs
How long is the Body Confidence Makeover program?
The program is 12 weeks long and includes 1 weekly private 1-on-1 coaching session with me.
I really want to lose weight. Do I have to give up that goal?
No, but part of the first phase of the program is getting clear on what motivates us. Losing weight because you think it’ll make you worthy or happy is setting yourself up for the opposite. There’s nothing wrong with striving for self improvement when it’s properly motivated.
Do you work with women who have eating disorders?
I do not have the qualifications to “treat” eating disorders or any psychological condition in a clinical capacity. I have worked with women who have eating disorders and they have greatly benefitted from this program. I not only recommend but highly encourage anyone with an eating disorder to work with a licensed professional in addition to doing this program.
Is this program only for bigger body women?
Nope! Any woman struggling with body image, for any reason is a great candidate for this program. The diet and beauty industry consistently perpetuates the idea “you’re not enough”. Any woman, at any size, can be affected. Book a free consultation to see if this is the right program for you and your goals.
I have a chronic illness. Is this program still right for me?
YES! My confidence journey starts with chronic illness that deeply affected my own body image. Chronic illness can make your relationship your body very complicated. Your relationship with your body is one of the most important relationships you’ll ever have and possibly more so when you’re working with a chronic illness. Health and wellness will never be created from a place of self-hatred. Healing your relationship with a body that you may feel has, “betrayed you” is a critical step to being the healthiest version of yourself possible.
What’s the difference between body positive and body neutral?
Body positive is the intentional belief that your body is beautiful and loving your body at any size. Body neutral is not seeing your body as either positive or negative. Instead, you focus on removing good and bad from your body image interpretation. The Body Confidence Makeover program does not promote one ideology over the other as the primary goal of the program is to find a healthy body image. For some people that may be seeing themselves positively and for others that may mean taking a more neutral approach. Though I do often recommend to start with a neutral approach if you’re coming from an extreme negative body image as body positive may be too extreme to start.
