I have PCOS and Hashimoto’s. I once gained 30 pounds in two weeks in college and was told to just “eat less, exercise more.” And when that didn’t work, I was told to just be “more disciplined”. I spent years trying every plan, every tracker, every supplement — and every ounce of energy hating my body for not responding.
What changed everything wasn’t more willpower. It was understanding what my body was actually trying to do — and learning how to work with it.
Now I coach women who are done obsessing, done restricting, and done being ignored by the medical system.
